Excellent service. I called the service department at 4:30 to see if they could do a quick oil change. Tayylor got me in and out in 30 minutes so late in the day. They did the minimum for the service. They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it up so I had to drive down to their location. They were supposed to return me to my home, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I had someone pick me up. When the car was ready for pickup, They made arrangements to have someone take me to the service center, only to cancel the order an hour later. Needless to say, I complained to the service manager and I am looking for a new service center to take care of my needs. Any suggestions? More
