Taylor Adams is my go to service associate for all my vehicle needs. Most times she just has my vehicle picked up, serviced and return washed with in the same day. I went in to work with Buddy & when he was unable to secure what I was looking for in a vehicle, he sent me to the right team to get the job done. I ended up working with Cap & in a vehicle I really enj secure what I was looking for in a vehicle, he sent me to the right team to get the job done. I ended up working with Cap & in a vehicle I really enjoy. After having the vehicle a few days, there were some service issues that needed addressing. Taylor was incredibly kind and efficient in getting me fixed up and back on the road. I look forward to working with her in the future, should the need arise. (Unrelated, but it will not give me the option to select Cadillac as my make, but I leased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq) More
