Awesome Everyone is great the mechanic was also great. He took time checking out the seatbelt on the passenger side. Than came to us in the waiting room talk Everyone is great the mechanic was also great. He took time checking out the seatbelt on the passenger side. Than came to us in the waiting room talk to us about it and when we explain more about it he took the time and listen to what we were saying. Check it out more and ordered the part. Than we ask if he could check out something else real quick and by my surprise he say not a problem and so he did. We been having a great experience at this dealership More

Oil Change Though the service was first come first served, the wait wasn’t long. My car was in and out within an hour and a half even with 2 people in before me. Lazy, incompetent, dishonest and no respect for the customer Well Monday may 7 I go to outside at 530am to go to work and my 2011 dodge Durango had been stolen. So needless to say my day wasn't starting off very Well Monday may 7 I go to outside at 530am to go to work and my 2011 dodge Durango had been stolen. So needless to say my day wasn't starting off very good. Well about 4 hours later I recieved a call from lmpd saying they found it. So I immediately call commonwealth dodge so I could get a new key. The guy on the phone tells me sure bring it in and it should only take about 30mins. So I get my truck towed there and go to the service department to find out they don't even have a key! The dude on the phone tells me to bring it there without even checking if they have one. Who does that? So they call around and say there's one at another dealer. Now if I knew that I would've just went there if he did his job. So there was a problem with getting a pin for the new key which I didn't have a problem with. That was something nobody could have foreseen. So about 430 that day I call and they tell me that they have the pin. So I'm thinking I can pick it up by 5 when they close. Nope! He tells me that the techs are fine for the day. No it's because you still don't have a key! Well the guy on the phone says that it'll be done first thing in the morning around 10. So I hear nothing by 11am Tuesday the 8th . So I call at 1130am sat on hold for 7mins for them to tell me that they still don't have the key. So finally about 230pm they call and say that it's ready. So because of the lazy, incompetent, dishonest service department a job that they told me would only take 30mins turns into almost 2days and $800 off my paycheck. I still have recalls that need to be done on my truck and I will drive to another state before I go to these people ever! More

Unhappy customer Prescription sun glasses were taken from inside my car. Loose change was taken also. Dirt on front passager seat. Break job? My service sheet said you had filled my washer fluid but it was not full again. Also it had my breaks checked in the red. Stopped in for oil change and tire rotation I stopped in for a oil change and tire rotation. There were 3 people in front of me. It took a little longer then I thought it would but I just walked I stopped in for a oil change and tire rotation. There were 3 people in front of me. It took a little longer then I thought it would but I just walked around and looked at the new Chargers. The only problem I have with this dealer is when I bought my other charger which was a 2011. I had a coupon book with that car which was used. The car was under my maiden name Summitt. I traded the 2011 in on my 2015 I have now. I had $88 on my account and it just disappeared when I tried to get them to move it over to my new car. I was upset about this but they said they didn't know what happened to the credit. This still should be put on my 2015 Charger account. I still like this dealership but wonder what happen to my credit and still then I should have had the credit moved to my other account. Also I had a years free oil changes with 2015 but only used it once time because we retired and didn't put that many miles on it. I think I should have got another one free even though it was over a year. More

NOT impressed by that. Still have to take my vehicle back for the estimate. Hope I dont see Todd. Not very happy More
