Taylor was very helpful and prompt during our search for our new Ford plug in hybrid. If it wasn't for Taylor, we probably wouldn't have purchased the car. Unfortunately, we we're not prepared when we me our new Ford plug in hybrid. If it wasn't for Taylor, we probably wouldn't have purchased the car. Unfortunately, we we're not prepared when we met with the finance person and she presented all the extended warranty and service plans. California law required it to be purchased through a licensed dealership so we could not compare pricing with Ford corporate, so we're not sure if we got a good deal on that portion. More
