We visited Swickard after making an appointment through the Costco Auto buying program, we supplied the Vin# and Stock # at that time so that they would/could be prepared with the Costco Price Sheet that i the Costco Auto buying program, we supplied the Vin# and Stock # at that time so that they would/could be prepared with the Costco Price Sheet that is normally provided with Lowest Advertised sell price and any dealer add ons for a net cost except for Tax,license and doc fees. They didn’t supply that until we finally demanded it. Then they filled out the form with the total and said there would be another 957.00 for paint protection , “this was a preowned car” and they hadn’t included it on the sheet because the computer wouldn’t let them and didn,t want to write in in and mess up the total. In short “Cheating the system” and was told there is fine print on the website that allows them to charge for anything they want. We were treated like idiots by the finance guy for not buying the extended warranty And told them instead of 5 years on the paint protection we only got 1 year because we didn,t pay the full price for it. We really thought by using the Costco program they would act more professionally But got the same old false advertising, deceptive pricing that has always been the mainstay of disreputable Dealers. I would caution anyone shopping for a Honda to read the negative reviews on this Dealer. More
