We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Honda Pilot from Bend Honda on March 8, 2026. The included warranty covered 60 days from the purchase date. Due to financial constraints, we were unable to purchase a Bend Honda on March 8, 2026. The included warranty covered 60 days from the purchase date. Due to financial constraints, we were unable to purchase an extended warranty at that time. On May 9, 2026—just one day after the warranty expired—all of the vehicle’s automated safety features suddenly failed. Because the service department was closed for the weekend, I contacted Bend Honda first thing Monday, May 11. Initially, I was advised the issue could be related to a low battery; however, after testing, the battery was not the cause. I was then advised to wash the vehicle in case a blocked external camera was affecting the system, but the issue persisted. The vehicle was brought in for diagnosis later that week, where it was determined that the camera behind the rearview mirror had failed and required replacement at a cost exceeding $2,000. Given that this failure occurred just one day after the warranty expired—and involves critical safety features—I was disappointed that Bend Honda declined to cover the repair. I escalated the concern to General Manager David Thompson, who upheld the decision, offering only a minimal discount on the repair. Due to the high cost, we are currently unable to proceed with the repair and are driving the vehicle without these important safety features. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret purchasing from Bend Honda. More

My experience was awesome with Abraham! I bought a used 2018 Honda CRV XE. It was a need because the car I had needed 31 hours of work done on it that had not been done by the previous ow I bought a used 2018 Honda CRV XE.
