The average sales person here is hammering pavement 40-50 hours a week. They have a 4 day bell to bell and then a 5 day, usually 12 hour days. Taylor has been known to work every day in a given week. He is self motivated and never afraid to get his hands dirty. His work ethic is not only noticed, it's respected. All that said, there is a whole different perspective and that's how his customers view his authenticity which is clearly just as good. Thanks Matt. Super important that staff only asks for the sale after they have earned it. Customer must have all questions answered and have all the time they need to make s decision. We try to separate ourselves from the housing market where you have 5 hours to bid on something 10 times the price. Nonetheless a huge decision to buy a vehicle and never want to add more pressure than what is already there.
