I bought my first brand new truck here. I began looking for other options and I am very glad I did! Within minutes of filling out a query online, I was contacted by Ted. He was very courteous and took care to get all of the information I needed. I was very pressed on time and Ted made sure to have the truck up front and center for me to check out and test drive and had the bottom line up front on pricing and incentives. I needed to get back to work and wouldn't be able to get back until later that evening, but he stayed late to close the deal: he took care of the customer in order to make the sale. My positive experience continued on from Ted in sales to trade-in valuation to Trevor in the finance department right on to the finishing line with taking possession. If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and start with Tri-Lakes.
