I started in this business as a junior in high school on a work program in 1977, about the time the metric system was introduced to American cars. That's a few years short of half a century of experience, most of which was as a master technician. I have been a service advisor for several years now. Having a master technician background helps tremendously with guidance for your vehicle's service needs!

My Chev Bolt was not working. The dealership had a mechanic check over my batteries and found the 12 volt battery was bad. They replaced the battery, which cost me $450.00. Found that to be lots more then I thought it would be, but my Bolt is back in full running condition. More

I was very impressed with how efficiently my problem was dealt with. We drove into the service bay at 5:15 on a weekday without an appointment and drive out 30 minutes later a nice loaner car and a service dealt with.
