During the sale, everything was fine. After the sale, it has been incredibly difficult to get any of the promised work done. My salesman said he would call me to set up the appointment. T After the sale, it has been incredibly difficult to get any of the promised work done. My salesman said he would call me to set up the appointment. Two days later, I called and he said he would call. After a week, I finally got the appointment scheduled. The appointment was supposed to be to fix dents and paint. When I picked up the car, only the dents were fixed, no paint. They didn’t know they were supposed to paint. They said they would set up the appointment and call me. It been over a week now, I’ve called twice but no one has called me back about an appointment. Everyone “understands” my frustration but nobody does anything about it. I’m sure that when I call again later today, I get the same response, someone will call me and thanks for my patience. At this point, I would warn anyone that asks that after the sale the level of service is going to drop dramatically. More

I had been speaking with one of the sales managers as well as a sales associate for the last 10 days over the phone. During that time we worked out numbers for a vehicle we just needed to talk about the well as a sales associate for the last 10 days over the phone. During that time we worked out numbers for a vehicle we just needed to talk about the trade price. I let them know that I was upside down on my trade so it wouldn't be worth anyone's time if they couldn't come close to paying it off. When I told them what another dealer offered me they said they could definitely beat It and would do the best they could to pay it off. I took time out of my work day to make the 30 minute drive to Kia of Port Charlotte. When I got to the dealership, the two gentlemen that were helping me were not there. Even though I told them I was coming. A young man tried to assist me with no luck. He brought his sales manager out who approached me with a smug look on his face. When I explained to him what my communication had been he told me that they cannot beat what the other dealership offered. I asked why would they waste my time and tell me one thing on the phone but something different in person. The classic bait and switch. As I kept trying to explain my side the sales manager just stood there looking at me with the smug look and a smartish grin. I finally had enough and told them that with this type of service, not only would I not be coming back but I would never do business with them again. When the sales manager said that's fine I said and it's mostly because you're acting like a b****. He threw me out of his dealership yelling and calling me names. Then proceeded to tell me "good luck with your negative equity somewhere else". I asked for the sales manager's name but the two "guards" at the door refused to give it to me and told me to leave or they would call the cops and have me trespassed. I have been purchasing cars for nearly 30 years and previously worked in the car business and have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. This is the same dealership that 5 years ago messed up my trade in payoff and sacked me with an $11,000 bill to the finance company. They are con artist that will steal your money and promise you the world but will give you nothing but headache. More
