It has a lot of little things that were hard to understand so I wanted it for the car. They offered a PDF file. That was pretty stupid of them I would have to print it out and put it in the glove box. there would be papers everyplace with doing that . Any way they did agree to order it. Now 3 months later I am still waiting for the books for the car. Well I called the other day only to be told they were not ordered. And they didn't have the books. You spend 42,000.00 on a car you would think they would give you service. Not this place buck or duck tells you they dont do that after they promised that they would get me the book included in the sale. So this is my last time I use that dealer for anything at all xxxx I wouldn't let them watch my dog. Let alone touch my car. And Hey there sweetie little buck or duck or what every your name is how does it feel to be demeaned. Jerk. Friend asked me where I got my car I told them Melbourne. I wouldn't let any of my Veteran Friends go to this dealership for anything. More
