A GREAT Experience! I hadn't bought a car in 15 years and had never bought a used car. That afternoon I went to the dealership and was quickly acknowledged by Aaron and his team. He quickly described what I could expect, what the best price was that they were offering and that Teddy Heflin would be my Sales Consultant. Teddy was very professional , friendly and attentive. He took me for a test drive, offered my water and a snack, and introduced me to others at the dealership; including Laz Lopez the Managing Partner. The sales person, Teddy was awesome. He simplified the process and explained as we went forward and answered all my questions completely. He gave me several offers and when I said what I would prefer, he made it happen in moments. Teddy was very professional, friendly and made me feel at home. I have already referred someone to him and because of the way he made it so easy to deal with him, I will definitely come back to him for my future purchases. Finance was quickly done in comparison to my prior purchase earlier this year at a different dealership. He was funny and quick but explained as each page came. I left feeling sure of what I was signing. Overall an excellent team. This was a very special purchase for my daughter's Christmas present and Aaron and Teddy ensured that there were no hiccups and made spending money alot of fun without feeling pressured.
