The first intake staff advised me to leave my vehicle and wait in the reception area which I did. During my 55 minute wait, I ask him if I needed to do anything to have my car checked in. Each time, he told me to wait and that he will send a service advisor to assist me. He never did and as I result, my car was not checked in for about 1:30 hours after my arrival. More
