I appreciated his confidence and knowledge of the Sonata as he was very careful to fully explain the various aspects of the car. He did not pressure us as we discussed the cars price and our trade in value. He thoroughly explained the various cost areas (MSRP, discounts, trade-in, taxes, etc.) and allowed us to make our decision. In addition to Terrence, the finance manager (John Scinso(?)) provided a great experience in what has in the past a tiring and frustrating activity. John got us in and out in a very short time while still explaining all aspects of the "signing" process. All in all, I'd rate this whole experience as a 10 and would highly recommend this Five Star dealership. More
