The service was wonderful, not sure if its because they're new but I enjoyed the service and everyone is polite and kind. They explain everything so you can understand so you won't feel like you're be they're new but I enjoyed the service and everyone is polite and kind. The service was fast, I went in for an oil change, filter change and something else, it didn't take no time I don't believe I waited a good 30 minutes. They also provide complimentary snacks and water for customers, unlike the other dealership giving customers burnt popcorn. I will continue to go to the Kia Dealership in Southaven MS and I live in Memphis, TN. More
