We currently have three pets, an 8 year old Standard Poodle, named Zoie, an 11 year old cat named Sogee, and another Standard Poodle who is 6, Zanie. We have bought 2 vehicles now from Terry and extreme and appreciate how thorough she was and how she answered all of our questions. We were looking for a specific truck and she went above and beyond to find appreciate how thorough she was and how she answered all of our questions. I had a alignment done at Gouling 5000mi ago took back in because my tires were all wearing horribly on the inside . They told me michigan roads was the excuse after demanding a recheck of the alignment they because my tires were all wearing horribly on the inside . They told me michigan roads was the excuse after demanding a recheck of the alignment they informed yes indeed the alignment was off on all four wheels the same way opposite directions wich tells me not the michigan roads . I contacted Terry my wonderful sales lady she said get it in and talk with Vince and he will make it right wich is exactly what they did for me . Much appreciated great experience looking forward to a new TRX in the coming year More
