Let me start by saying, this dealer has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I wouldn't recommend buying or servicing a vehicle from there! I took my 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins there with an customer service I have EVER dealt with. I wouldn't recommend buying or servicing a vehicle from there! I took my 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins there with an issue with the DEF system. Diagnosed the issue while I waited with a scanner. I dropped the truck off same day. Two days later I get a call from Service with a laundry list of items that were being "recommended" along with what is actually wrong with the DEF system. I pass on the recommended services that are totaling $10k. The DEF system needed to be replaced, catalytic converter. After 2 weeks of paying for a rental, I am told it is a National back order. The dealer nor Ram customer care will assist with a rental car for the back order issue. The converter is late being delivered by UPS and is subsequently lost and never delivered. Not the dealer's fault. They order another part with delivery not for another month. In the mean time, the truck is in their possession sitting. I text my service rep and ask if they are going to ensure that the batteries are maintained while it sits. I get a positive response that they will. As time marches on, my vacation is fast approaching and we camp, so I will need my truck to pull my RV. With no hope in the re-ordered part coming in, I decide that it may be time to get a new truck. I call the dealer to see about trading in my truck that is there for the repair and buy a new one from them. Understanding that the cost of the repair would be included in whatever trade in value they would offer. My truck would retail for $30K, trade in value is $21K. The repair is $4k for the DEF. So, I'm thinking best case they come back with $17, plus the repair is $21K. But, I am also thinking that if they come in a bit lower, like $15K, I'll make the deal. The dealer decides that they want to add the repair plus any recommended repair totaling $16K repair and offer $5K cash, totaling $21K. So, much for helping out a customer that has been waiting a month for a part that was then lost. After being insulted, I decide to buy elsewhere and bought a FORD SuperDuty Powerstroke. I went to get some things out of my truck that is sitting and the Service rep introduces me to the General Manager and explains that this is the guy with truck we can't get parts for and this is the truck he ended up buying when they insulted me with the $5k cash offer. The GM basically tells me sorry we couldn't come up with a deal and that I'll be back. To top it all off, I found a buyer for my truck. Call the dealer to let them know I don't want to wait for the part, that is now 6 weeks waiting and no scheduled date for delivery, and I will pick up my truck the next day. I later receive a call that my truck won't start and they want my authorization to diagnose it and want to charge me to get the truck that was running when I dropped it off. I tell them it was running fine when I dropped it off and that I wasn't paying them to get it started. I ask about them maintaining the batteries while it was sitting? They tell me that their mechanic tested the batteries and tried to jump it but it won't start. Service Mgr won't do anything to get the truck running. Again what great customer service. So, I arrange to have the truck towed. The tow driver tells me that the dealer DROVE my truck to the tow truck. Where it is dropped off quickly checks the batteries and they are low and require charging. Once charged the truck starts with zero issues. So, either their mechanics don't have a clue or they were trying for a money grab. This dealer had so many opportunities to show how they value their customers, but in each instance, just didn't care. More

Alex Bondy was great to work with as a first-time car buyer. He is easy to relate to and talk to. He is clear about what to expect during the buying process. The vehicle I wanted was at a different dealership and he was quick to get the car transferred. He was also very responsive over the phone will all the questions I had and responded quickly. He even offered to come in on his day off to get some paperwork submitted. Definitely would recommend asking for him when purchasing from this dealership! More
