The Explorer needed: a new battery, two new tires, a coolant flush, air bag light on, fluid leaks, drive belt cracked, water pump leaking, and new brakes. We have driven the car about 900 miles. This tells me they barely looked the car over, or did, and decided not to do anything and sell it knowing the car needed several repairs. Not impressed. Would never recommend or come back after this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Chad Dees was the service manager, On July 1st 2025 when I took my Jeep for the 80,000 inspection. 1. The coolant was low after the 80,000 service was done, and it was NOT LOW when I first took it for inspection. 2. The tire rotation was not done due to the lugs being swollen (this was written on final quote-receipt), but I was charged $29.95 for tire rotation. 3. The oil status indicator was never reset after oil service was "done". 4. There was no new mileage sticker with date for the next oil change inside the windshield. I personally spoke to Chad Dees, and have had several in-person conversations regarding my concerns, and asked for a refund of the tire rotation that was NOT DONE, but, after Chad Dees telling me I would get refunded, I have not yet received it, after 2 months. I will never again, take my Jeep to Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep. They steal your money. More

We made a good deal online,they asked for $1000 deposit /down payment to hold vehicle. I gave them the deposit with the intention to pick up next day. Headed to the dealership i received a phone call from Matthew the the shop informed him that the frame was bent.i found that hard to believe,the next day they called me asking if i was interested in another vehicle since the Acadia had just been sold. Question how considering frame was bent-he stated not possible. SO obviously financing didn’t like the deal Matthew and i worked out and they sold car for a better profit.
