Fantastic experience!!! Terry was absolutely fantastic! He and the team made the process painless. They are very courteous and respectful which is great considering that purchasing a vehicle can be kinda stressful. The finance manager Felix was really nice and super fast. The paperwork portion was less than 5 minutes and he did not pressure me for anything at all. I will buy from Castle again. More

It was a total pleasure buying my Ram I continue to be impressed with sales at Castle! No pressure tactics! I have yet to try service dept BUT something tells me I`ll like it! I wish I had I continue to be impressed with sales at Castle! No pressure tactics! I have yet to try service dept BUT something tells me I`ll like it! I wish I had asked more for my `02 GMC Sierra though! I`m missing 5th wheel hitch ball for bed of my Ram and I hope you guys would refund me the money for it`s replacement! ($140).
