Bought a newer impala. My car had a few minor issues but the general manager and owner took care of everything. Even after the purchase. They had urgency and expressed great concern at all of my concerns. It’s a great feeling to know most people’s second biggest investment is take seriously! Purchase I had promised myself to never go back to the dealership at that location. But I kept hearing good things about the new owners. I went there today a I had promised myself to never go back to the dealership at that location. But I kept hearing good things about the new owners. I went there today and dealt with Terry Morse. He made this transaction as painless as possible. I ask him to just be honest with me. He was and i am very proud of the vehicle I now own. Being a widow and now responsible for all of the decisions it was a relief to work with Terry. I would recommend Castle and Terry to anyone. The dealership that we have worked with in the past said that there was no way that Castle Ford's The dealership honored their very low online price.
