Many times I would be in the dealership for maintenance and stop in the showroom to ooh and ahh over the new models and new features, Terry was always the one to say "you have no car payment and it's still a great car - keep driving it - come and see me when you're at 100K and has bigger maintenance issues". That's exactly what we did. He's honest and approachable and I value the candor he brings to purchasing a car. And his customer service is unbelievable. He knew that I wanted to sell my '06 Honda Accord outright and he said take your time. When I sold my auto ten days later, he was great. Did not push selling me extras and I was very pleased with the outcome. As of fact, I gave his card to a friend who was looking for an auto. I will use him when I'm interested in another auto.
