My family and I wanted a specific color of Honda Fit; Continental didn’t have one on the lot, but Terry and the staff found one at another dealership and brought it in for me. The dealership offered a very fair price, and the purchase process was simple. Terry was always accessible by phone and email, and responded right away to my messages, but never pressured me. When on Day Three I found that the car’s interior lights didn’t work, I took it back to Continental’s service department—a service technician installed a fuse and I was out in less than 10 minutes.
