I researched online and because of his excellent reviews, asked for Terry by name—a good move. He’s unflappable, knows his product line and answered all my questions. My family and I wanted a specific color of Honda Fit; Continental didn’t have one on the lot, but Terry and the staff found one at another dealership and brought it in for me. The dealership offered a very fair price, and the purchase process was simple. Terry was always accessible by phone and email, and responded right away to my messages, but never pressured me. When on Day Three I found that the car’s interior lights didn’t work, I took it back to Continental’s service department—a service technician installed a fuse and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Hopefully Terry will be around to sell me my next car! More

Terry was fantastic throughout the process, he answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I pretty much knew what I wanted before contacting them. Luckily Continental had the color and trim I was looking for. When I got my loan I packed up the wife and headed over to Continental to do one final test drive and pick up the car. The dealership was extraordinarily busy that Saturday, but all of the employees were helpful and polite even though the showroom was nearly full and customers were everywhere. I had my previous car for 12 years that I bought at Continental Acura so it's been a while since I've been through the process. Terry and Rudy walked me through the whole thing and made it very easy. Then I changed my mind, because I was not sure if I wanted to buy a car. Terry was very patient and understanding! A few days later, I changed my mind again, and told Terry I wanted to drive a 2017, too. Terry answered all my questions, and understood again, that I needed more time to decide. Now that I am older, it is hard to make decisions, my GMC van is 16 years old, and is the last new car I bought. I finally bought a 2017 CRV EX, and I love it! If you need a sales person who is knowledgeable, and has tons of patience, ask for Terry Scudieri! More
