I received prompt and informative responses to my emails I first engaged Continental Honda via email while searching for Certified Pre Owned Accords. I received prompt and informative responses to my emails. Joe and Terry also answered questions over the phone. I did not intend to by a new car but just to be safe I asked for a quote on a 2016 Accord. I was offered a very fair price, and one that beat prices from other dealerships. Once I decided to make the purchase, Terry made the transaction fast and easy - including trading in my old vehicle. More

First-time buyer, great experience!!! I came into Continental Honda looking to purchase a CPO Honda Accord. I spoke with the general sales manager, Bob G, over the phone a couple days prior to visiting the dealership. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and offered me a great deal on the vehicle - one that I could not pass up. I work long hours at work which makes it difficult to get to the dealership at a reasonable time on weekdays, however, he offered to hold the vehicle for me to look at until I was able to get to the dealership on Saturday. He was very accommodating to my schedule and showed he valued me as more than just a customer. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, he introduced me to Terry, who was my salesman, who provided a great car-buying experience. He made me feel very comfortable something I appreciated as this was my first time buying a vehicle. Terry was not rushing the process and was very patient. He explained everything to me and answered all questions I had while also allowing me autonomy in the decision-making process. I never felt pressured over any decisions. He also made me feel valued as more than just a customer. When I met with the financing department, the process was just as smooth with no problems at all with questions answered and everything explained more than adequately. Overall, I would definitely recommend Continental Honda for anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle. If given the option to work with Terry, I would most definitely make that a priority - he was amazing! More

That's Great new car buying experience with the help of Terry Scudieri and Joe Nuskiewicz. No one else can compare to the amazing customer service. That's why I keep coming back. The price was right and the process was fast! Terry had my car ready with radio stations programmed and settings customized and was ready to explain everything before I was done with Milan in the business office (and that was seamless too) I feel like everyone in the dealership knows me and it is always nice being greeted with a smile. I would recommend Continental Honda to anyone I know. More
