I can honestly say that car did not perform as well as ANY Honda I have ever owned and I have had many (5). It also did not fit my personality (way too soccer mom for me). At the recommendation of my nephew, I drove some 23 miles to Continental Honda as it was so worth the drive. Bob Giovannoni the general manager and Terry Scudieri my sales consultant were the BEST ! I left there a happy camper with a car suitable to lifestyle. Thanks so much for making what sometimes is a stressful experience the most pleasant car purchase I have ever had. More

We purchased through the Costco Automobile Program, our first time using this service of our membership. We were quickly directed to this dealership and Terry contacted us immediately. His contacts before our purchase were timely, professional, and friendly. He spoke to me at length on the phone about the pricing and assured me he would do everything in his power to get us the exact minivan we wanted. Meeting with him in the dealership, once to order the exact vehicle we wanted, and then to complete the transaction and take our new car home, was very pleasant. Terry knows his vehicles, he aims to make the customer 100% happy and comfortable with their purchase, he is cognizant of our time and effort, appreciative of our business and he is a tremendous asset to Continental Honda and the brand. There is a reason he is a leader in sales. Mark Norwood, in the business office, made our purchase painless and quick, the quickest we've ever experienced in a car dealership! When I was ready to buy a car I called ahead and when I arrived the keys in his hand of what cars I wanted to see. Terry S was very friendly and knowledgeable from every question I asked about the car, warranty, and payments. Also when I was buying my car I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. After buying my car he called to check on the purchase a couple days later. This dealership has showed me that they truly care about the customers wants, needs, and concerns about the car buying process. I would definitely go there to buy a car again and all my car’s service needs! More

Terry Scudieri was very easy to w We were referred to Continental Honda by our brother- in-law, and we could not be more pleased with our new Accord. Terry Scudieri was very easy to work with and he definitely went out of his way to insure that we would be happy with our choice of car. Terry allowed my husband to drive the Accord for 24 hrs so he could take it on the highway and in the city as he does a lot of commuting. Terry also called a few days after our purchase and assisted us in changing some of our settings over the phone. Very nice customer service! Mark Norwood was also very professional and efficient in assisting us with the financing. Overall - very pleased with Continental Honda and will definitely return! More
