First-time buyer, great experience!!! I came into Continental Honda looking to purchase a CPO Honda Accord. I spoke with the general sales manager, Bob G, over the phone a couple days pri I came into Continental Honda looking to purchase a CPO Honda Accord. I spoke with the general sales manager, Bob G, over the phone a couple days prior to visiting the dealership. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and offered me a great deal on the vehicle - one that I could not pass up. I work long hours at work which makes it difficult to get to the dealership at a reasonable time on weekdays, however, he offered to hold the vehicle for me to look at until I was able to get to the dealership on Saturday. He was very accommodating to my schedule and showed he valued me as more than just a customer. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, he introduced me to Terry, who was my salesman, who provided a great car-buying experience. He made me feel very comfortable something I appreciated as this was my first time buying a vehicle. Terry was not rushing the process and was very patient. He explained everything to me and answered all questions I had while also allowing me autonomy in the decision-making process. I never felt pressured over any decisions. He also made me feel valued as more than just a customer. When I met with the financing department, the process was just as smooth with no problems at all with questions answered and everything explained more than adequately. Overall, I would definitely recommend Continental Honda for anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle. If given the option to work with Terry, I would most definitely make that a priority - he was amazing! More

Honda Accord I purchased a Honda Accord on November 22, 2014. Terry Scudieri was great. I was going to purchase the car from another dealer, which we purchased a I purchased a Honda Accord on November 22, 2014. Terry Scudieri was great. I was going to purchase the car from another dealer, which we purchased a Odyssey from in the spring, but Terry gave us the best price. On top of it, he was straight forward, polite, super friendly. Other dealerships would try to lower the price by increments of 20, or tell us we had to come in for a price, but Terry did not play any games. I told him we were on a time crunch and he made our purchase as smooth as possible, we spent at tops 2 hrs from start to finish, including a test drive. The Odyssey purchase took 4 hrs! I have contacted Continental before, but Terry by far is the best salesmen hands down, very responsive. If you are in the market for a car, talk to Terry. More

I am new to the country and didn't have an established credit history here, so needed a co-sign from my brother who lives up in the eastcoast. Teri did an amazing job by handling all the paper work so smoothly, unlike other dealers who gave me a hard time. Not only that he also gave a rental car to drive till my paperwork went through!! And Rich did a wonderfull job in delivering my vehicle very promtly, on time!! Thank you guys. I would highly recommend this dealer ship to everyone. More
