I normally have great service. My alternator went out and I was told that they couldn't get me in for about 2 weeks to look at it. It took a call to my Salesman to get it in sooner. For some reason, it was n I was told that they couldn't get me in for about 2 weeks to look at it. It took a call to my Salesman to get it in sooner. For some reason, it was not a problem then. Also, my heated seat isn't working (has not since I bought it... that's my fault for not brining it in sooner). I was told that it was not covered in my extended warranty which, I was told, was bumper to bumper so if anything went wrong it would be covered. It turns out, this is not true. Then, I was told that I owed another $79 for diagnostics of my seat... that wasn't fixed... that I was not told about. Now, the service guy took it off but I was then reprimanded by the cashier about diagnostics always cost money and next time it would not be taken off. Felt like a 3 year old being reprimanded about it. More
