We live a decent hike from the dealership, so he sent videos of the car we were interested in. Once we reserved the car we wanted (they were selling fast), he gave us frequent status updates and was able to easily continue the conversation from text to email or phone. When the car arrived, he and his team made the entire purchase process smooth, speedy, and light-hearted. The team worked simultaneously to process the new car, our trade-in, and the financing. When it came time to sign off on the financing, Dezmon, the Finance Manager, was very helpful and kind. I felt very at ease during the entire process. I would highly recommend them! More

So 3rd paperwork the mistakes had move again. When ask Ron about these his reply dmv will pay you anything that’s over paid, no explanation on why charges went up when price of car and taxes went down. Bunch of dishonest people in this dealership. Don’t waste your time nor money here. That’s what they are best at wasting your time and stealing your money! Be smart and buy elsewhere!! More
