We then set an appointment. During the appointment, Theo thoroughly described the features of each, pointed out the differences, and answered all of my questions. I selected a vehicle and moved seamlessly through the purchase. Could not have been an easier process. I really appreciate Theo's professionalism and courtesy through this transaction. I am pleased to say I am satisfied with my purchase. That comes from my trusting and believing I was taken care of by professionals who listened to me. My car search did not start on Highway 41’s Dealerships. Since January, I have been various places on line and visited some in Alabama and Georgia. On Feb 10th, I found the car I liked and told the salesman what I could do. I was led to believe I was going to be able to purchase it. But I found out it was above my means. I wanted that Buick and was disappointed but weeks later, I called to check on that car again. Monday, I was given new hope with Mr. Blake. He promised to help in the areas of my need. He was convincing and encouraged me to come in and show I was serious and he would work for me. He did. I am a Senior with a fixed income but need to travel a short distance to check on older sisters occasionally. I am also active with youth and cultural educational events. Mr. Blake and the Finance Manager took care of me and gave me peace of mind. They were both professional and personable. They proved that they were listening and wanted what was best for me. I now believe I am good and will be okay with my car. More
