My sister Gloria Gadson was rear ended in October and was having a horrible experience trying to get another car. I called this morning to verify a car that I was very interested in and wanted to buy. I spoke to a girl named Whitney and she verified the car was there, went over the car fax, and some other details. S interested in and wanted to buy. She said just to call and let her know what time I would be coming in because they do it by appointment and they would have the car sanitized and ready to go. I called her once again letting her know what time I would be arriving and I was coming from Charleston. She said to ask for her or Thely and they qould help. I get to the dealership 2 hours away with my 2 year old and they do not have the car. They told me it was sold late Saturday night and this was Monday afternoon.. why would she double check and tell me it was there and why would they not take it out of theur system once something is sold? Not very smart if you dont even know your own inventory. Its also called false advertising. I am highly upset! More
