My mom referred me to t My experience at Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head My experience at Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head was a very interesting one. My mom referred me to the dealership as she purchased a brand new vehicle from Vaden a few months ago and had an amazing experience! I went into Vaden late Friday afternoon and because I did not have much established credit banks did not want to finance me. It was late and I finally received an answer. My mom was not comfortable with the deal and I was not happy with the vehicle because it was not what I wanted. After leaving the dealership my mom called my dad. My dad did not like the deal so he and I went back to the dealership the next morning. My dad bypassed everyone and went straight into the finance office and spoke to all of the folks on the finance team. He explained that he did not feel comfortable with the deal and that I was returning the vehicle. Ms. Thely, my amazing salesperson, worked hard for me. The finance guys understood my dad’s concerns and they worked even harder for me. My dad told me to get what I wanted and not to settle. I turned down several cars until the dealership/finance finally brought out the car I REALLY wanted. They negotiated, applied incentives, discounts that I qualified for until they got down to the price, payment, etc that I wanted and that my dad was happy with. I didn’t even need a co-signer! BUT GOD! Ms. Thely, Finance Team, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I’m so blessed to have met all of you on this past Saturday. I thank all of you for putting in the effort and hard work to not only get me what I wanted but making my parents, especially ,my dad feel better about doing business with you all! And a special thanks to Mr. Carl Murray for the pep talk! You guys rock! Like my mom referred me, I will refer others to Ms. Thely and the amazing folks at Vaden Nissan of HH! More
