My family has been Nissan Rogue owners for a while now with the exception of me...until now. I have always admired my family's Rogue and wanted to get one of my own. I first started by going to the Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head website to take a look at what they had and I soon found a vehicle that I liked with a price to match. I submitted an offer request and they responded with an offer that so attractive that I couldn't pass it up. So I headed straight to the dealership after work to test drive this bad boy. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Thely Daust. She pulled up my information from the online request and unfortunately the car I was looking at was not presently at this location but what she did was found me a vehicle that was a better deal than the one I was looking at. I must say that I don't know any other dealership or person that would try to find me a better deal. But here we are, just one day later I'm signing papers for my new 2019 Nissan Rogue. However I do want to give shoututs to the financing department for working with me to achieve the payments I was looking for. Also to all of the Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head associates who are pleasant, nice and just happy to hang out and talk with you. It makes the process easier to go through. They gave me the choice of working with all the numbers or just a monthly payment, my last dealing with a Savannah dealer never did give me a full breakdown of what I was paying for till the very end and truly felt the sting of the knife in the back. I cannot speak highly enough how accommodating and non pushy they were, even the finance person was just very matter of fact with the numbers and not trying to make me purchase something I did not need, Thank you Thely, Jordan and Tracy for a great experience.
