I was in the market for a new family car and came across the Hyundai Palisade. I didn’t want to waste hours sitting at a dealership, so I decided to start an online application. After that, the Tim Moran Hyundai team took care of everything! A few hours later, Mathew Lester called to go over the terms of the deal. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to. I was actually at a social gathering at the time, so I agreed to the deal without paying too much attention. Later that night, I realized I wanted to adjust some of the numbers, so I called the next morning—expecting the usual pushback or pressure. But I was completely wrong! Mat was amazing. He listened, made the changes I wanted, and even got me an awesome interest rate with zero hassle. I was honestly in shock at how easy and stress-free the whole process was. Then, to top it all off, they offered to deliver the Palisade to my house—and this dealership is about 100 miles away! Katherine stayed in touch the whole time, scheduling everything and making sure the process went smoothly. When the car arrived, Jeannette, the finance manager, explained every document clearly and made signing a breeze. In total, if I add up all the calls, forms, and paperwork, I spent maybe two hours or less—and I never even stepped foot in the dealership! The entire Tim Moran Hyundai team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family, and when it’s time for my next car, I’m definitely coming back here.
