Searched high and low, talked to many car dealers; but when I spoke with Mr. Joe Taylor of Hyman Brothers of Richmond, VA, he was very knowledgable on my trade and his team had the car I wanted with a great price well below book value. Wonderful sales team, Thomas Hyman, Brad Abrahamson and even the lady that directs your call were very patient and courteous. The entire team must have called me at least 10 times to make this work. Highly Reccommend! I orginally went online and was interested in this supercharged Ford Mustang and went and test drove it. I met with Sage we went on our drive and on a I orginally went online and was interested in this supercharged Ford Mustang and went and test drove it. I met with Sage we went on our drive and on arrival back to the dealership I kind of decided not to get this vehicle, come to find out it was a supercharged Shelby and most banks do not have classification for this vehicle. Me and Sage went onto their website and this beautiful 2011 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible caught my eye. I WANT THAT! 3 days later I was in my new car. Thanks to Sage, Thomas and Brad I have a beautiful car that I have been wanting for some time. I highly reccomment this place everyone was pleasant and not pushy. Sage is new there he had a few questions he could not answer but there was always backup and you can't hold that against him. He was great he answered my calls. They have a tremendous selection, absolutely a delight when wanting to look at the various makes and models. They also have the connections with a very large number of banks and credit unions, so getting financing for you is not an issue. They can get the deal DONE. They have the power and the connections with the lending institutions. Hats off to the finance manager Lance, because he was amazing at being able to get the deal done, at the right price, within budget, and also very quickly too. He's highly recommended, one of the best I've ever dealt with. Probably wouldn't do it again. I purchased my car over the internet and I wouldn't do it again. If (and that's a big if) I were to consider it again, I would only purchase a car fro I purchased my car over the internet and I wouldn't do it again. If (and that's a big if) I were to consider it again, I would only purchase a car from them in person. It took nearly 2 weeks for my car to arrive and when I received it, it wasn't as advertised. It was made clear during the several phone calls to make the arrangements what my expectations were and I was assured that they would be met and they were not. The dealerships follow up to correct the situation seems to only be half-hearted at best and have left me in the dark to wonder if or when they are going to be taken care of. Promises of follow up calls from the dealership don't happen and it's difficult to reach them. I expect people to do what they say they're going to do and Hyman Automotive hasn't done that. More

Laid back, no sales pitch..just honest answers to my million questions. Took a ride, fell in love. Now time to do the stressful price negotiations. To my delight, no haggle pricing is Hyman's policy. Fair price, superior buying experience and reliable service. Returned the next day and sold them my GMC at a price which shames the offer the dealer across the street offered. Easy transaction! I will recommend this dealership to anyone. Doubt I would go anywhere else to buy a car. More

They had the right car and it tested well because Joe Murphy prepared it well. Joe dealt with us fairly and with knowledge of the car. Although the negotiated price was not "great" it was acceptable.
