Thomas is by far the best sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. He actually listened to what I wanted and didn't want and made it very easy for me. After leaving Thomas and goin with when purchasing a vehicle. He actually listened to what I wanted and didn't want and made it very easy for me. After leaving Thomas and going to Finance things were unfortunately more like a typical dealership with pushy sales tactics and deceptive information screens designed to make things confusing to get more sales (specifically server contracts). You need more people like Thomas and less of everyone else. More

After a long dreadful morning at a separate dealership earlier in the day going into Ed Martin was a breath of fresh air. I had been a long time (10 year +) Subaru customer with VIP pricing - but had such earlier in the day going into Ed Martin was a breath of fresh air. I had been a long time (10 year +) Subaru customer with VIP pricing - but had such a terrible experience at the Bloomington dealership it drove me straight to Ed Martin. My sales man Thomas communicated with me consistently from the moment I showed interest in a vehicle. He sent a personalized video of the car, communicated with me all my options while at the other dealership, and was fully honest, respectful, and a great person to work with. Our family is proud to be a part of the Ed Martin family and looks forward to opening a new era with Toyota! We look forward to working with this group in the future! More

Thomas Keena did a good job. Not impressed with pricing. I looked at a 2026 Toyota bZ on Monday afternoon. A $2000 month end factory incentive was offered if I made a decision Not impressed with pricing. I looked at a 2026 Toyota bZ on Monday afternoon. A $2000 month end factory incentive was offered if I made a decision on Monday. I advised I needed a day to check further model options. I came back the next morning and bought a higher priced bZ, but the $2000 was not included and I think the price I paid was higher than some of the offers on Ed Martin's website. I was replacing a 2021 Venza that was totaled and paid by the claimant's insurance company. Since I needed a car, I did buy the 2026 bZ. Based on the above I believe I could have gotten a better price if I had more time to check with other dealers. Rick Small More
