2017 Elantra I had an excellent experience at Fairfax Hyundai. I traded in my 2012 Elantra for a new 2017 Elantra. It's a very smooth ride and now I have heated se I had an excellent experience at Fairfax Hyundai. I traded in my 2012 Elantra for a new 2017 Elantra. It's a very smooth ride and now I have heated seats as well as some other bells and whistles that come in the preferred package. The combination of using my Costco membership, trade in, and Black Friday deals really saved me some cash. Both Thomas Kim and Leo in the Financing Department were very responsive to my questions and willing to work with me. To maximize your trade in, I'd recommend going to CarMax to get an appraisal in writing and at least one or two other dealerships to test drive and get their appraisals. Fairfax Hyundai matched my CarMax offer which made a big difference in my final decision to purchase from them. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my interactions with the Fairfax Hyundai staff and my purchase. More

Great dealer but could be better I purchased a used 2002 Sonata in 2005 from Fairfax and was unable to trade in due to speedometer issue that I was not aware of. I was told by the sal I purchased a used 2002 Sonata in 2005 from Fairfax and was unable to trade in due to speedometer issue that I was not aware of. I was told by the salesperson back then that there was only one previous owner but found there were actually two. That left me with a bitter taste in my mouth but nevertheless the car performed great for 12 years and it was time for me to get a new one. Overall I am very satisfied with Fairfax Hyundai, my only disappointment is that there were no Tucson 2017 Eco model to choose from and the only one came from another dealer. I test drove the car, got a loan, signed the contract and drove the car away only to find minutes later that one of the muffler was crushed and scratches under the bumper. So far the muffler has been replaced but no words on replacing the bumper. More
