Problems with the new car from the start. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were told we provided the incorrect VIN to our insurance company enough though it was the VIN on the quote a When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were told we provided the incorrect VIN to our insurance company enough though it was the VIN on the quote and the vehicle with that VIN was in the showroom. This required a 45 min call on a Saturday with insurance to modify. Then the car we were sold was set with another profile that was password protected, as such I could not be made the "owner" of the car. After 4 days of trying to get help from the salesman, he suggested a 1-1.5 hour service call. The service call required a complete reboot of the computer system and in person visit. The initial reboot didn't work, and eventually the vehicle needed to left with service 5 days, with little to no feedback on status of vehicle from service. After this was resolved, the manager told me he would be in touch with a promise to "make this right." More then two weeks have passed with no communication from the Manager. I reached out once more and was told they would contact me today and I have received no communication. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and empty promise from this dealership. More

Tom,the manager made sure he greeted me in a friendly and warm manner. All in all, I was extremely impressed and very happy with La Fontaine Volvo and I recommend to anyone who is interested in buying or releasing a Volvo. Make this your first stop! More

Buying Certified Pre Owned Volvo I had an excellent sales experience at La Fontaine.
