Service Tom the service manager provided me with excellent service as usual. He's my number one guy to deal with when servicing my cars. He's attentive to my Tom the service manager provided me with excellent service as usual. He's my number one guy to deal with when servicing my cars. He's attentive to my needs and concerns and address them in a timely matter. I live in Boston and could service my car at Lexus of Watertown but the service treatment I get from the herb chamber Lexus IS like no other so it's worth the drive. The entire service staff are helpful and courteous. More
