I believe Thomas is my representative There is very poor communication from your service representative. It is very difficult to reach anyone in service. I text and call and can’t get through to poor communication from your service representative. It is very difficult to reach anyone in service. I text and call and can’t get through to anyone This has Consistent problem for years and it’s never been fixed even with the new ownership When I asked to speak with the manager the person who answers the phone in the sales side, just transfers me to service, which quite honestly isn’t helpful If we’re spending thousands of dollars, I expect good customer service from a competent person More
