Not even sure what to even say anymore about this place!! But I canceled my gap insurance August 27th. I waited and waited called left messages abs waited more. I call gap insurance where dealers purchased it and the lady(Abby) was like we sent the check to Kia in fact they cashed it September 22nd. I have yet to hear a word about it I even double check with financial institution and nothing. Mail me the check oh by the way the insurance stops August 22nd Abby told me... I will say regardless Eric is right! Jake and Eric are very busy so obviously your 1st call may not be his direct line but without a doubt in the end Eric and Jake did the right thing. In fact even after a little back and forth I would def consider buying a vehicle here again (Jake did promised be to be in a commercial ) and I will take him up on that!!! More

Thomas Robinson worked hard to find me the right car last week. Kia was my last stop of the evening. He showed me a bunch of different options until I was able to narrow it down to the one that I wanted. I would deff buy another car from him!! I highly recommend him and his approach to car sales.
