Our experience was the best we've ever had with a car salesman. We would recommend him to all family and friends looking to buy a vehicle. We have no complaints about Tom. We did have to take our 2025 Tundra to the Toyota dealer as unbeknownst to us it had a bad amplifier so had no radio volume. It has been there for a week now, until part came, and should be able to pick it up tomorrow. Luckily it was covered by vehicle warranty as this was not under a recall. So, my only suggestion is that service department makes sure everything is in working order before putting vehicle out to sell. More
