He also provided proof of what items that were brought up to standard. The car was practically new! The experience was seamless and pleasurable. All my purchases, beginning in 2005 through 2017, have been a positive experience, but the most recent was the best ever! Thomas Wells is an excellent sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo product. His demeanor is wonderful, not a pushy sales person, but he did reach out to us with ideas and information to make the sale happen. He was always very attentive and responsive when I had questions. The care and thoughtfulness he exhibited to us during and after the purchase experience was top notch. James Fordham was great to deal with and prepared all of the finance information correctly and accurately prior to our arrival. And Darla Satter was (and always has been) a pleasure to work with. Amazingly, when we had some minor problems with the used car, they came all the way to Virginia to pick up the car to make sure all parts were serviced. We have been more than amazed at the service of this company and there word of backing up the vehicle. I will definitely be buying all of our household vehicles there in the future.
