less comfortable car. Later, I made an appointment to pick up accessories that were said to be in stock, drove an hour and found out they were not in

I’m mostly frustrated that after I mentioned loving my old mazda3 grand touring but needed a larger car, I was shown a cx5 and never told there was a grand touring model. The details matter to me. Now I’m stuck with the lesser car.
