After dealing with a previous dealership that made me feel not so welcomed, I called Reliable and Tierra answered the phone. I made my appointment with her that same day and went down there and she was absolutely the most wonderful salesperson that I've ever dealt with. She was so friendly and polite and caring and really showed concern for what I wanted and was looking for in a new vehicle. The best customer service experience that I have ever encountered. She even keeps in touch with you after your purchase and checks in with you and make sure that you're still completely satisfied and asks you if you have any questions or concerns about the vehicle.
