Issues with pre-certifird truck not even two days after purchase. Just completed 3rd service visit in 1.5 months. This is my 4th battery in 2 years, nissan still unable to fix the problem why my batteries are keep on draining, they just keep on replacing the battery when it’s dead and not solving the real cause, it’s ve fix the problem why my batteries are keep on draining, they just keep on replacing the battery when it’s dead and not solving the real cause, it’s very frustrating , i bought a brand new 2022 car and i already replaced the battery 4 times. Tiffany is awesome! I always prefer working with her when my car needs servicing. The overall Maus dealership..not so much. A few months back, I looked into possibly pur I always prefer working with her when my car needs servicing. The overall Maus dealership..not so much. A few months back, I looked into possibly purchasing a new vehicle and was denied due to my credit history. This was fine but I had an agent proceed to run my credit without my permission several times after and calling to tell me they had a great deal for me when I wasn’t there. I gave them no permission to run my credit and have since had to lock my credit report to prevent any further fraudulent checks from this company. Would not do business at this location again because of this. More
