One of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever experienced. I had to delay the purchase for several weeks, but Sales representative Tim Blunt stayed in touch the entire time. Tim did an outstand experienced. I had to delay the purchase for several weeks, but Sales representative Tim Blunt stayed in touch the entire time. Tim did an outstanding job, having the vehicle detailed and ready for a test drive upon my arrival at the dealership. Since I had worked on-line with Tim prior to arriving at the dealership, he had my trade-in paperwork and purchasing paperwork ready. Financial Manager Ray Branson also did an outstanding job. The entire purchasing process was so smooth compared to other vehicle purchases at different dealerships. I will definitely consider returning to Dick Dyer & Associates Mercedes Benz for future vehicle purchases. More
