Terrible experience all the way through. Called to get a manufacturers recall done, as well as an oil change, and tire rotation. Was not informed that the recall required an inspection and t Called to get a manufacturers recall done, as well as an oil change, and tire rotation. Was not informed that the recall required an inspection and they would not order the part until the inspection was complete. I dropped off my car, expecting the recall and oil change to be done. They got me an Uber home, because they said it was going to take too long to wait. Later that night I called to ask for a progress update and was told that they approved the recall, but the part was to be ordered and they could complete the work in two weeks. They did go ahead with the oil change and tire rotation. I had to get a ride back to the dealership and pick up the car and now they want me to bring it back in a few weeks, if they call me to tell me the parts are in to do the recall. On the drive home my air conditioner stopped working and I have a check engine light on now. I understand this stuff happens and it’s an older car, but it seems awfully coincidental that the car was fine going in and now I’m having more problems after they “inspected it.” aside from the total lack of care about my schedule or communicating how recalls work. I feel like they did bad work and the customer service was not very good. Furthermore, I now have to go back, take time off of work and try to get this done so our car is safe again. More

Useless. Led me to believe problem could be resolved. Took clean van for two days. Did nothing to it. Minor texts explaining. Did not say it was finished until I called to find out. Once I arrived, made w wait over 30 minutes to bring van out front, likely because interior was too hot because sitting in sun. Exterior was covered with dirt. Cost $200 to have it cleaned. So rude. I will never return for service or any other reason. More

I had a great experience today at Denton Dodge. I was there for a I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership was very clean and well organized. I was greeted warmly by several different members of the staff. The snacks were lovely and the coffee was equally enjoyable. The oil change did take nearly 2 hours, but they informed me that it would so there’s no problem there. I just opened up my laptop and worked while I waited.
