I purchased a car during an unusual time but Tim made sure to make it easy and safe! The paperwork was all prepared ahead of time, I simply signed a few papers and I was on my way within 30 mins. At my request, Tim documented any flaws on the vehicle and even provided a full video over view to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. Within 24 hours of contacting the dealership we had struck a fair purchase price for the vehicle. Thank you again, you guys are the best! More

2014 Cayenne Diesel - Most Excellent Internet Transaction! Too good to be true? That was my first impression, always skeptical with any internet deal, sure they look great in the pictures, but in reality .. w Too good to be true? That was my first impression, always skeptical with any internet deal, sure they look great in the pictures, but in reality .. who knows. It only took one phone conversation with Tim Grape to realize these guys are legit and the real deal. Tim and the Main Line could not have been more professional or accommodating. I mean this was a "used car" transaction, not a new $150K vehicle, just a sweet mid $30's car. Didn't seem to matter as I was treated the same as any high roller who walks in the door. Tim went out of his way to answer questions, provide additional photos, personal critiques, and have what must be the best service department in the country crawl all over the vehicle to make sure everything was right. CPO car inspections, at least at The Main Line, are no joke. Tim went above and beyond to even have a door ding removed! What?! The car was driven to me for a minimal fee by Curt VanBuskirk, probably the coolest company ambassador ever. Door to door service, 675 miles away, what more can I say? The best car purchase experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Tim and The Main Line. You don't know, well you better ask somebody! More
