Long process but I was able to buy what I wanted I found the truck I wanted to buy in-line and drove to the dealer. I was there for about 1/2 hour before I was engaged by a sales person and I was not I found the truck I wanted to buy in-line and drove to the dealer. I was there for about 1/2 hour before I was engaged by a sales person and I was not able to find on the lot the vehicle I had found on-line. After a thorough seach the vehile was located. I bought the truck I wanted for a fairly negotitated price, and I ultimately love the truck I purchased, I was trading my 2014 RAM Big horn for a 2019 Laramie, so I am very loyal to the brand. the only frustrating part of the purchase was how long it took for everything, the whole process was nearly 9.5 hours. some of which was storm and utility connection releated but that was the last 1.5 hours. Mostly it was just alot of waiting, waiting and waiting. Westgate has a great program for business owners and a I am excited about the Westgate for Life progrm as well. I think the dealrship has a great inventory of vehicles and the capcity to provide great service, I jsut think there needs to be a better process for streamiling the purchases. More
