Great staff, very helpful. Andrew worked with us and we got a car we love. They were so helpful from the first phone all we made to seeing us on our way in our new car. The only criticism I have is there should be music playing in the showroom. When we came the second day to fill out paperwork and to get our car we had to have a conversation with the manager about our finances and what we could afford as far as coverage. There were two tables of two in our vicinity and they were just waiting so no one was speaking and everyone was listening to our conversation. I really wanted to start to whisper our way through the financial part but really couldn’t. It was awkward for sure. Music would’ve helped a ton or maybe having those financial conversations with clients could be done away from others if there’s no music. Truly though, other than that our experience was a very positive one, I would recommend Granite Hyundai and will return again. More
