This was a follow up visit for a part that had to be ordered and had to wait for it to be delivered to the dealership. The sales agent that helped me was very, very kind and knowledgeable. When I pulled up I wasn’t greeted with a cheery greeter like at Toyota service center. No one even told me where to go when I got there, I had to ask another customer where to go. After I was acknowledged like at Toyota service center. No one even told me where to go when I got there, I had to ask another customer where to go. After I was acknowledged I was treated fairly and the guy went above and beyond for me. I wasn’t impressed by the mechanics. I was taken back by the guy that I filled paperwork out with and both times there was only one person working on cars. The girl that took my keys from me at the beginning was on her phone after it slowed down and didn’t even acknowledge me after that. Must have been something real important to be on her phone while working. Customers should come first. Was impressed and I hope I don’t have to come back for anything. More
