I relocated to Charleston from Massachusetts, but I am a native of Bennington, Vermont. I worked as a silversmith for 38 years. After I retired, I started working in car sales because I actually like working with customers. I also enjoy woodworking, skiing, and spending time with my two children and four grandchildren.

The waiting area needs an overhaul. Actually, the whole dealership seems a bit old and tired looking. The service employees are friendly and courteous. I had to wait a month for a loan Actually, the whole dealership seems a bit old and tired looking. The service employees are friendly and courteous. I had to wait a month for a loaner car until I could bring in my 65k Kia EV6 then the issue wasn't diagnosed by service but by me on a Kia EV6 chatroom. I hope this lack of knowledge about this electric car will not be an issue in the future if anything else develops. Not feeling real confident!! If you continue to sell higher cost vehicles, I hope that you treat us buyers in a more professional manner from start to finish!! More

AFTER TWO WEEKS TO HAVE MY CAR. THE DELEARSHIP ASK ME TO BE RETURNED IT BECOUSE KIA FINANCE AMERICA DID NOT APRUVE THE LOAN. COREY SULLIVAN CALLED FROM KIA COUNTRY CALLED MY AND S THE DELEARSHIP ASK ME TO BE RETURNED IT BECOUSE KIA FINANCE AMERICA DID NOT APRUVE THE LOAN. COREY SULLIVAN CALLED FROM KIA COUNTRY CALLED MY AND SAID HIS IS GOIN TO CALL THE POLICE IF I DONT RETURN THE CAR INMIDIATLY. HE SAID EVERYTHING WAS MY FAULT BECOSUE I PUT IM MY APLICATION IM AN UBER DRIVER AND KIA FINANCE REFUSE TO WORK WITH UBER DRIVERS. I TOLD HIM THAT THAT IS NOT TRUE BECOUSE KIA FINANCE GAVE ME THE LOAN FOR MY KIA SORRENTO WITH NO PROBLEM. AND WHAT HE IS SAYING A BUT KIA FINANCE IS DISCRIMINATION. I CALLED KIA FINANCE AND THE SAID WE DO APROVE YOUR LOAN, WE ARE GETTIN READY YOR PPAPER WORKS TO SENT IT HOME. I TOLD COREY SULLIVA THAT WAS A MISTAKE BUT HE TOOK MY CAR ANYWAYS. WHE I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. SOMEONE FROM DE DEALER APROCHED TO ME ANS SAY " WE ARE GOIN TO GIVE YOU $750 IF YOU KEEP THE CAR. BUT THEY DONT GIVE ME ANY EXPLANATION WHY NOW I CAN GET THE CAR WITH THE SAME LENDER. IT TOTALLY DISCRIMINATION More
