However, the reason I didn't give 5-stars is that it took for ever to do the paperwork...much longer than I had ever experienced. He sored a 10 on the "WOW FACTOR", here is how; 1st He listened to us and what we wanted 2nd He never pushed his agenda to make a commission 3rd He brought the car to us so we could make sure we could get it in our car hauler 4th Did a great job of explaining the overall technology of the car and even paired up our phones 5th Now this one will show his true customer focus; he even volunteered to help move my easy track in my car hauler 6th Did everything he said he would do without having to remind him.
